Deviation Actions
I had so many ideas for this, for this one prompt, but I wanted to make something short and simple, because all of my other prompts are about average length, and tomorrow, my writing for that one is probably going to be so long that it'll...it'll...
Oh, you get the point. Anyways, I hope this isn't too disappointing.

The surroundings around her were slowly absorbed by her mind, but she didn't recognize them. All she recognized, was mostly drowsiness, and a warmth pressing against her back. Hesitantly, one of her eyes began to open, the second opening soon after. She observed the space she was in, and realized that it was familiar.
She slowly turned onto her other side, dark brown orbs brightening, pleased to see the figure that she'd always remember as soon as she saw them in whatever ungodly hour she'd wake up at. She wasn't surprised that he wasn't up yet, as he'd usually sleep like a rock until someone woke him up. But that was fine by her, now, at least. It was a pain to wake him up while they were still at war.
She nuzzled her face into his chest, inhaling his scent softly. A mere few moments later, the navy-haired man chuckled quietly. His arms that were around her back began to rub her lovingly. "Good morning, Alexa," he whispered.
Alexa sighed, murmuring against his shirt, "What a shame. I was hoping I'd be able to sleep in a bit longer with you." Chrom's body once again lightly rumbled with small laughter. "Well, we can't, anyway, unfortunately. We're off of our honeymoon now."
The new queen just now remembered, and let out a noise that was a mix of both a groan, and a whine. "Hmmmpphh...and I was such in a good mood, too," she grumbled, rolling her eyes. Huffing, she hesitantly began to sit up, slipping out of Chrom's hold. She stretched out her arms, and strained back a yawn. Chrom smiled warmly at her. Though her hair was even more of a mess (if that was possible), she was absolutely gorgeous, especially while in the sunlight going through the window of their room. He brought himself up against the bed as well, putting his arms around his wife's waist once he did so, bringing out a soft purr from her. He leaned his head towards hers, planting a kiss on her temple.
"I promise that as soon as I'm finished with my duties for today, we'll be able to spend as much time together as you want to." Alexa hummed happily in response, leaning back against his front. "I'll be looking forward to it," she murmured.
And of course, he held to his promise. Though she knew that many, many more of their days would be like this, she had absolutely no regrets choosing to accept his proposal, and he was so glad that she had.
